CEOLinkedIn More InfoRobert holds an MA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. He has extensive experience in the e-commerce and digital marketing sectors, having started his career as a freelance developer building and marketing e-commerce sites. He created his own e-commerce business in 2004 which relied on an innovative dynamic pricing engine that was able to generate competitive offers in real time as users browsed the site. Robert started FusePump with his co-founders Chris and Lee in 2009. Robert is now the CEO and is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company.
Managing DirectorLinkedIn More InfoLee first discovered sales and marketing during his sabbatical year working at Bath University’s Student Union. Since then he worked in many commercial roles including sales, project management and strategic partner development, before teaming up with Rob Durkin and Chris Conn to form FusePump in 2009. Originally from the West Country, Lee lives in Brockley and has three children. He enjoys fine dining, stand-up comedy and is a keen poker player.
CTOLinkedIn More InfoChris has a penchant for problem solving and has always been fascinated by technology. He holds an MA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, where he studied alongside fellow co-founder Robert Durkin. Chris is now the CTO and is responsible for product development, technology infrastructure, and the expansion of FusePump's technological capabilities.
Financial DirectorLinkedIn More InfoDavid Wilkinson is a fellow of the Chartered institute of Management Accountants. David brings to FusePump a wealth of experience from a varied range of industries and company sizes. Prior company experience include Blyk Ltd the international mobile network, VTR plc the rights and post production group and Brink’s the US owned secured transport company. David is proud to be a governor of his children’s schools. Outside work David enjoys playing racket sports and kite boarding.
Operations DirectorLinkedIn More InfoJoining FusePump in June 2010, Jane’s background is in the world of MotoGP and International Telecoms. Having spent 10 years travelling the world providing logistics for MotoGP teams (read F1 on two wheels!), Jane returned to the UK and took a Senior Director role at MCIWorldCom, responsible for planning and delivering Transatlantic & European Transmission & Data Networks. After a career break to look after her children, Jane won a New Entrepreneur Scholarship and started her own bespoke business. She has also provided Business Development support to Cove Industries, a precision sheet metal company in the Aerospace and the Defence sector.
Client Services DirectorLinkedIn More InfoSean McAuley graduated with a BA (hons) in Business Management. During Sean’s time at University he completed a placement year out in Cyprus working for Europe’s largest franchisee business, Ermes Group PLC. After University, Sean went into a role at Ted Baker looking after their Affiliate Marketing and CSE campaigns. From here, he joined FusePump as their Client Services Manager building the Client Services team. Sean now heads up the Client Services Division of the business.

Marta joined FusePump in January 2011 taking on a fresh challenge and re-locating from Barcelona to London. Marta has a strong background in International trade and a wealth of experience across sales and marketing. Marta previously held senior roles in multinational companies such as Société Générale de Surveillance SA (SGS) as Head of Valuation and Itochu as Brand Manager. Marta has a Masters degree in Marketing and Commercial Management and a BA in Economics.
Marketing ManagerLinkedIn More InfoBarney Larkin has worked variously as a market analyst, consultant and marketing manager since graduating from Bristol University. Starting work in petrochemicals and ending up in the fitness industry, following a spell with the Armed Forces, he has a wealth of experience applying marketing strategy across B2B and B2C disciplines. Outside of work Barney enjoys winter sports, rugby and the fact that living in London means you never have to look far for the next arts spectacular.
